Putting this in here to make it official. Several times when editing a storygame of mine, the links have disappeared from the page. The link scripts still exist and can be accessed otherwise, but the links are no where to be seen.

As the links don't have their own page, they have to be remade from scratch.

Where did the links go? I'm don't mean what happened to them, I mean what pages did they link to and could that have an relation to their disappearance.

Different links to different pages, so no it wouldn't be a cause.

The disappearance is mostly likely related to links saving independently from the rest of the page. I'm guessing (since some of my pages are large), when i open and close them fast, before it loads in fully, the site glitches and views them as not being a part of the page anymore.

Damn links.

Ah, I see. Yes, I have seen some strange happenings when you don't let pages load completely and you're editing a story -- not enough to pin down what's going on, but that could certainly be it.
