Currently to write an article, you need to click the link that says "just follow this link" well thats not really a proper link, can you please add a button that says Write an Article... i noticed october and anubis have problems finding the link in the newbie forum, also could you put on the Write New Article page a note that says "the authors name field MUST be the same as your username or else an error will occur" or you could you just have the author as a default, like so the member doesnt need to enter any info into the author field, like in PM's when you hit reply, you dont need to write in anything in the From field, also make a note to the member that he must fill in all fields (eg the abstract) or an error will occur because thats how Nate and I lost our articles, we forgot to add in info to the abstract, and since it was RT (richtext) using the back button just gave us a blank article...

totally agree!!! lol i need this! i was so distraught when i lost my article. over something so trivial. please do this.

The "just follow this link" is deliberate -- we wanted to make it kind of hidden. But this is all changing ...

The second thing is a bug.

why did we want it hidden?
