This feature was rejected 9/12/2006: Don't we have a Lounge for this? We don't want to harbor super-lower quality forums (which is what unmoderated forms would be). The Lounge is as low-quality as i'd like to get.

The issue of spam has given me an idea that we could have an unmoderated forum, similar to the lounge but moderators cannot delete any posts, and can only move them if they are being moved to Bugs and Problems or FWW (e.g. if the member was a newb and decided to post in that forum but it was a bug or it was a FWW request)... this way people can talk and not have to worry about going offtopic and their posts being deleted...
