Could we please add a preview page feature for storygames, as you have to play through your whole storygame to see what a page looks like.

Sorry, I just read through your post again and now I get what you mean. But still, can't you already preview the pages?

I think he means scripted pages. You have to work out in your head how it will look, if you script formatted text, and that sort of thing. The only way to see it in action is to test play your game. The difficulty with previewing scripted pages, is that they often have variables in them, and if you preview the page, all the variables would be zero because the game hasn't started and they haven't changed yet.

Thats why you add a fucntion that sets all variables

so say like this

PREVIEW THIS PAGE WITH

Health:

Money:

(Lists all ur variables and you can set them)

Well, you can play through the whole game and do it, but if you've got an 100+ page story, you don't want to have to keep going through 100 pages to get there. Like JJJ added, it could also have set variables to certain numbers before previewing.
