This feature was rejected 5/23/2007: Not really that useful: editing misspellings seems pretty weak sauce. Also mods shouldn't be changing conversations around to benefit them.

I remember asking about a edit button once in the forums, and someone said that you could change an arguement by saying, "I didn't say that! Even go look!" and editing your post. What about if we did this.

ORIGINAL POST:

My neame is Riley.

EDITED POST:

My name is Riley.

or...

My [edit] name [edit] is Riley.

Or just have

Edited 2 Time(s) in total on Feb 9th at 6pm, and Feb 3rd at 8 pm.

Course if a mod screws up he can copy it, delete it, paste it, edit it, post it.

Well, not everyone's a mod. I think I suggested this (well, not EXACTLY this) a while ago. But I'm still in favor of this idea. We need an edit feature!

Yes, but to stop people from changing around words during arguments and the such, there should be (at the bottom of the post):

Oh, and about that editing reason, it's completely fake. It was only an example.
