I have had problems putting pictures on my thing I put a name and file and pressed the button, but it told me NO FILE WAS CHOSEN what do i do also how do I make the variable increase and decrease
Change variables? When you're editing a page, there should be a plus or minus (±) symbol you can click on to make links modify variables.

Not much can be done about that. I was talking about variables, unless I misunderstood and shouldn't be.

Your picture may be too big. It has to be 550 x 600 pixels and be around 100kb.
The picture uploading problem is a bug.
Well is there a way to fix the bug? Is there a way around it? Storygames look pretty shit without pictures.
For now, you can use external hosting, though you can't do much for item thumbnails, since they require that the image is uploaded here.
