There's Flan, which takes place in a setting that is ostensibly Hell. Since I like to believe I have the upper hand on symbolic-looking bizarro shit, I personally think it could be a Post-Y2K America created to troll people who were panicking about it already. But the setting is quite often referred to as Hell, if memory serves, and Jesus Christ kills people with a screwdriver, so it could be Hell.
There's another bizarro story about H.P. Lovecraft's work. The man himself is the protagonist, and the setting is not actually Hell, but someplace quite similar. The name alludes me. I also just wanted to mention that someone wrote a story about H.P. Lovecraft going on an adventure in a hellacious nightclub, without ignoring the fact that H.P. Lovecraft would rather not leave his house. Or socialise.
There's also "From Hell", a letter allegedly written by Jack the Ripper, which was allegedly sent from Hell... According to the alleged Ripper, allegedly.
There's also several Buddhist texts on "Naraka", which could refer to one of several hells described therein.
An Irish guy from Ireland once wrote his own vision of Hell in medieval times, forgot his name, though.
Odysseus visited Hades once.
The novelization of DOOM wasn't very good.
