Because someone was just banned semi-recently (again?) with the username Negative.

I'd guess Ryder or Chowhall before Negative.

Who was the meowing one?

Bolt with a bunch of other cat-based alts. Never bothered to see if Bolt and Ryder were the same, but the whole cat thing seems awfully coincidental...

Ryder's recent method of spamming is to use that number spamming bot or whatever it is. Chowhall has a habit of spamming a bunch of racial slurs or entire wiki-articles.

Cat alts could sadly be anyone.
