How do I upload a profile picture? Underneath 'Avatar Photo' in my profile settings there's just this one button that says <none> and I don't have anything even if I click it. . . so how does this work exactly?

Go to My stuff, then pictures then upload your profile picture to the site. Then go to mystuff, profile and your uploaded picture will show when you change the profile picture.
