Rush is classic rock; great/amazing/jaw-dropping band with horrendous vocals.
I used to love the Chili Peppers, but they're so catered to the radio anymore that it makes me sick. Mothers Milk, Blood Sugar Sex Magic, and One Hot Minute are about all I can tolerate. I have Californication, but generally I don't listen to it. They're just so polished anymore that one forgets that they were a funk/punk rock band when they emerged.
