I've noticed when I copy paste text from Microsoft Works Word Processor into the text box (advanced editor) for a page, and then try editing it, the spacing is all screwed up. To give an example... if I make a brand new page and don't copy/paste anything and just type a few paragraphs, whenever I press Enter, it will take me to a new line, but there's space between the lines. This is how it should be, since this is how it will look in the actual story.
However... when I use my copy/paste method, there is no space between the lines (even though there IS space when I view the story). It's pretty frustrating, because to prevent unnecessary spaces being made in the actual story, I have to keep all the paragraphs very close together, making it difficult to read. I want to be able to transfer text between the textbox and msword seamlessly so I can spellcheck and proof read as needed.
There's also another issue where (after copying/pasting), if I try to select one line, like say "Chapter 1" and apply centering to it, it'll instead apply centering to the entire page. I have to mess with it and do some manual editing in source mode to fix it. Very annoying.
I realize there's little hope of this being fixed, but if anyone could recommend a word processor that doesn't cause this issue, or another workaround, I'd appreciate it.
