Hey i was wondering if it would be against the rule to create a character creation story game/quiz so people could create their characters in a semi random manner to allow them to be a little more immersed in the story of the forum game please let me know if it is. Thanks.

Don't see why not, I've seen games that are really pointless on the site and not get deleted (that walking game for example haha) It would probably be in the everything else genre though.

Go for it - just make sure the game is playable to some end is all.

You are not allowed to have published games on the site that cannot be finished and rated.

If it's something you just want to use for character creation, then write it up, but don't publish it - just enable sneak peak and give the link to your players :)
