I'm working on a bunch of artworks, and I've been reading a bit on here and since I'm kinda slow at finishing my own story, what I'm not slow at is drawing. 5-7 hours at most for detailed but doodles/sketches take about 1-2 hours.

I want to make some book covers or illustrations for random pages and I'll probably make another thread showcasing my art tomorrow maybe in the other forum but before I go off track: is there points for collaborating / doing a small part in the collab? Because I know there are commendations (but I don't know what that means I just see them on my posts sometimes) and points for publish a story but I don't know if it changes depending on how much you contribute to it for co-authors.

Commendations do get you points. And yes, if you make nice, helpful pictures, you can receive commendations.

Please note that you can also lose points for being stupid, just so you know.

Do you know if it's like a "who contributes more situation"? Like someone just made one thing they get 1 point, or if someone made the entire story they get 2? I'm still new and so I'm still getting a feel of the point system. Thanks for letting me know though

Don't worry about commendations for stories. Those are for the top, best stories on the site. If you're looking for points, you'd want commendations for posting. Or just reading and rating stories.

The main author gets everything on a storygame, but points aren't significant part of that to begin with.
