Meh, pretty weak if you ask me. Insults & roasts are supposed to be personal and make fun of a specific person's behavior, actions, appearance, etc. Catch-all roasts that try to apply to everyone don't hold much weight because they're not personal. Not to mention that the OP is just corresponding places with odd, derogatory names with the generic stages of life, which not all people have gone through, losing some of its meaning on some people.
