Could you tell me how to get the option when the mc get to the top floor on the hospital, he doesn't call his wife but decline because he doesn't want to know? I try so many times yet i can't find that option again

Yeah, I'm not sure anymore. Are you talking about crossing to the hospital from the parking garage; or when you bike there and climb on top from the back?

Just an fyi, if you download the site extension from BradinDvorak's profile, you can make multiple quicksaves. Which may be really handy for fully exploring a game that size.
