Wait a sec, please. This isn't working for some reason.

So I'm slowly but surely working on a storygame, and I'd like a bit of input on one of its features. Some of the text is in German (mostly single words or phrases), and I've added the option of hovering over German text to display a tooltip with the English translation. Here's a somewhat extreme example of what I'm talking about:

"Those chains are unzerbrechlich, unbreakable, härter als Diamanten. They are made of almost pure adamantine. The only way they’ll open is with their key, which is, natürlich, out of your reach."

I'm aware it doesn't work on mobile devices, but what do you think? Is it useful? Would something like this warrant the Foreign Language tag?

Sounds cool, though I do not believe it should get the foreign language tag.

Edit: Sorry. I did not see your edit until after I replied. >_>

Well, I somehow failed with my HTML, but for instance, hovering over unzerbrechlich would show a tooltip that said "unbreakable".

I really don't think it's necessary.  In the example you gave, the meaning can easily be gathered from context.  The only reason to do it is to show off your ability to make tooltips.   (Or, to show off your knowledge of German.)

That... makes a lot of sense. If I can give adequate context clues, then there's really no reason to include a pointless feature not everyone can use.
