Indeed. I agree it seems a bit pretentious towards the end, but overall excellent writing.

I liked the perspective of it. Really creative, while also emotional. I have a hard time conveying emotion in my writing, as it comes off kinda dry. So this was a nice example of seeing feelings like sadness, regret, and depression in a way that tries to engage the reader. Thanks for sharing.
