“Jesus fuck, what have I come back to?”
The land of Cystia, once a fertile land with wise and powerful wizards was now a barren landscape. The entire village was gone, a mark of scorched earth marked where the tavern once stood. This wasn’t new for Beta, the greatness of the land came and went in cycles.
The young novelist looked around. To his left the once great tower crumbled, a single cat mourning the loss of its owner. This saddened Beta. This was the worst loss since Quiller left us to go on new adventures.
To his right a new town was beginning to form. A cloaked figure and a quiet but lethal robot stood watch, bows at the ready to kill invaders. It’s been months since any troll-lord set his sight on the people of Cystia, but some lone stragglers occasionally came with malicious intent and lazy execution.
Directly ahead of him the great library stood. A quick glance at the bottom sign showed few familiar members.
Perhaps it was still there. It’s been many years since he last set eyes on it, but there was a chance. He took a right and then a left to find the Science Fiction section. T... They came from le moon, Through The Dragon Lair, and then an empty space. Timescape! was gone. Never to be read again. The loss struck a chord in Beta but he would survive. Maybe he would write an epic to replace the childhood plaything. Maybe not. Either way, he vowed to keep writing. Never again would he stop.

One Month Later

Beta and Ford stood back to back, blood-grooved swords readied. An army of other teams against them, but none of them stood a chance against the in-progress super weapon. Spooper Dooper would change the future of horror games. They just knew it.

“Jesus fuck, what have I come back to?”  could very well be 3J's profile description.
