Pokemon teams are one-word-long things that sometimes have to do with their types/motivations, like, Team Rocket was callous and capitalistic (Like the Capitalists, who won the Space Race by rocketting to the moon.) Team Sapphire is a water-type environmentalist cult dedicated to expanding the oceans, and in Pokemon all water can be described as a "Sapphire"-like blue. So keep it down to one word and take the group's pokemon and ideology into account.
