Your neighbors are always noisy, no matter what time of day or night it is. All you can ever hear is thumping, clanging, and yelling. You've grown used to it after living in your apartment for three months. You have long since stopped confronting them, knowing they will simply never stop raising a ruckus in the apartment next door.
