Now we feed off their backs: merchants driving beetle caravans across wastelands, bloodied arenas with aristocrats cheering for their dueling mantises, and scientists poring over the 'tinies' in their glass terrariums.
You stand at the edge of this world, a child. Will you become an apprentice to the Great Scientists at the Academy? Or are you the heir to a Warlords fortune? Or maybe your neither; a child of the ruins; a raider scum. Everything you do will shape your stats, the perception of others around you, your adult self, and even the world as you know it.
AN: First storygame! Tell me how I did please, all comments are appreciated! Also, this game is heavy on the world mechanics and story building. Meaning, there's a LOT of reading.
