Player Comments on Escape From Britannia: Part I

I get frustrated when I have to make a choice without any prior information to back it up. A point of referance is needed when making choices. aka whats at stake?,what happens if I pick that over this, or vice versa? what are the possable reprocusssions of my choice?

Too short

Rather boring. Clearly not a finished product. Needs more background and better description.

The grammar is sub-par, but that can be fixed, so it's alright. The story is a bit linear, however.

Hmm...it needs just a hint of more backstory. It would also help if you described things in a little more detail.

I like the story and how many choices there is, but with the escape pods it's just luck, along with many other choices. It is a good game, but the main thing that needs to be worked on is more details. Still good, though!

I want to give some sort of constructive critisism but I just can't! All I have to say is linnia and confusing! Other than that, it was bad bad bad! Do us all a favoure and take it down. People should not have to stumble on that piece of shit when they click on random!

I don't know what's going on most of the time, and every page has like 1 sentence only.

I find it hard to get into a game where most of the pages have less than a line of writing on them. Paragraphs would be nice ^_^

pretty good, but way too linear. If not a, then b. More character development and plot and background would be nice. Nice start,but it could use some polishing.

Your death choices were stupid, the game was incredibly linear, you had virtually no descriptions, your grammar/spelling could use some work, and you'll never read this because it is years later haha.

Too short, decent story.

Your writing is good, but I think you should make it less linear. I think it would also be great if you expanded on the characters a bit and provided some descriptions on them.

Good writing and story, but much too linear. Expand the storyline. But the story IS interesting.

Writing was nice, but you may want to make it longer with the style you chose to write it. And Britannia is the Roman name for Great Britain. Isn't it?

Like the last ones, well written but no real story.

I really prefer games that let you get into the story a little ways before being killed.

Reasonably interesting, but far too linear with the choices being arbitrary. Expand on everything a bit, and provide more info on endings. Everytime, some "guy" just comes and kills me, even though I get the idea they're aliens.

demos suck. game could be less linear and a little more involving. I wasn't really getting into it, which is kinda the point. Some real choices and a solid story line would probably make this game tolerable.

Looking pretty good so far, I will play the full game and give a full judgement on it.
