So I just happened to watch a bit of game play.  The graphics are spectacular.  The depth of the world (how you can interact with everything) is insane.  Unfortunately, I feel like going on a murderous rampage whenever I hear someone say 'OG'.  If I could get a mod that replaced all the petty criminals with physicists, changed all the graffiti to display trigonometry, gave everyone a British, Swedish, Japanese, or Hipster accent, and replaced all the guns with particle accelerators..

Well, I'd be happy *shrugs*

His Dark Materials on 9/27/2013 5:13:30 PM

Philip Pullman is a great author.  I've read several of his books, but His Dark Materials and the Sally Lockhart books are my favorite.  Pullman has an amazing way of writing about dark and/or controversial topics by weaving them perfectly into the story.  He is as good as blending the moral and the story as CS Lewis was in Narnia, albeit with a bit more serious topics.

Daemons were an imaginative addition to the story, especially that they change form until a child grows up.  Beautiful imagery in a steampunk type world.  Overall, HDM were a delight to read.

The Eternal Party on 9/19/2013 10:34:20 PM

Finished and published!  Pick your brain by trying to solve the logic puzzle, or just go wild and meet as many of the characters as you can.  It's up to you, and have fun!

I like all tea: iced, sweet, hot, herbal and caffeinated.  mm

Once upon a time, I decided to attempt to cook salmon on a plank after I saw it on a cooking channel.  I must not have soaked the plank enough though, because it caught fire.  Best salmon I ever had.

Update: I applied the "Add # to score' effect on the 'previous' link, that seems to work.  Again with the over-thinking.  That's why it takes me 12 hours for every dungeon in Zelda...

Wow, talk about over thinking it.  I forgot there is a link for previous page that doesn't make you go 'back', undoing your last action.

Okay, now the issue on how to make using the item increase the score.  I know how to increase the score when the player selects a link, but how do I increase the score when they use the item?  I imagine I'd have to go to the default use item page and add a increase variable script.  The variable is called "Drunkenness", would anyone know what the script was if I wanted it to increase by 10 each time the item was used?

Kroger carries it.  They sell it under the brand Vita Coco, it looks like a juice box.

But then how would I get the player back to the page they were at?  If they hit the back button, they lose their score.

Does it help that the drink can be used on all pages, once it's picked up?  Is there some sort of global script I could use?
