Player Comments on Substitute Teacher

This is a great idea, but it could use some improvements.

First of all, I'd love to see more detail! Who am I? Who is my friend Monica? What is the school I am going to like?

Second of all, I was really disappointed in the endings. When I entered the portal and saw that I had three different options for adventures, I thought 'Great, now I can go on three different types of adventures! Maybe this is going to be a good storygame.'

Alas, I found out that all three led to endings. I think you could really do something with these three adventures! I would love it if you actually had each of the three options as an actual adventure. It would make it more entertaining and solve the problem of being linear!

You made a game with time travel in it and ended the game as soon as the time travel started? Why?

I thought this would be a very good story;
I thought, "Wow! Time travel adventures! Count me in!" but no; 2/3 of the links lead to death. Maybe you could add a little more story?

I liked it, but there should be more choices. There's a lot of buildup with not much payoff.

I had a good chuckle here and there. It wasn't bad, I just wish it was longer. Also maybe flesh out the portal thing! That was the most interesting part of the story!

Very short, I mean, what, is it 7-8 pages long? Pages that aren't even a paragraph in length? This is just kinda poor to be honest. You need more substance, you need an actual story, there are no choices either. Its "Go do this, or you die." type of deal. This needs a lot of work before it can be considered anything more than some short draft work.

VERY BOREING

Interesting Donnie Darkoish / Hogwarts Magic concept but this is too short and could be developed much further (SPOILER: When I go through the portal can't I go back in time to interesting places like Jesus' crucifixion, Leonardo da Vinci painting the Mona Lisa or the Battle of Gettysburg rather than just the start of the story?). It's a good concept but I think this can be developed a lot further, I like your writing style though :)

far cooler than i expected. but you should make it longer and build on the time thing, like make more happen because the concept of your story intrigues me.
