Player Comments on The Run Away

This story was quite odd, and that is meant as a compliment, believe it or not. It was random, but the main character's sudden misfortune in some of this game's "dead-ends" were what surprised me the most.

Like madglee said, exploring the house was fun but maybe add more about being on your own. Jason certainly has an interesting family doesn't he? Also, too many of the deaths were random and unpredictable. (I can maybe understand the cult) Doesn't this kid know his own house? It would be nice if before you made decisions you were given some background information on what you know about that (I think the kid should remember the rotweiler before leaving) then let the player decide which risk to take. Also, does Jason's family have a GIGANTIC toilet or something? 'Cause that's the only half-plausible way to die from being flushed.

Pretty nice writing and a lot of choices early on. After thoroughly exploring the house, I was thinking, "this story is pretty good," then went to step outside for my adventure. Instead, every link ended the story. Hrmph. This should be called, "Prelude to actually running away." Expand the story to include what happens when you do run away and it could be pretty good.

Uh, random... WHAT IS THIS?

Another very random story game. I wonder how a cult of crazy EndMasters can hide in a family's garage. Otherwise, this game was extremely random. You can die from the most unknown things. For example, Raspberry Fanta + green chemicals = thermonuclear explosion. This is in the basement of your house. This also doesn't make any sense. Their is about one page of you running away, the rest is just you dying a number of ways in your own house. I wonder how you can even live until you're this grown up in such a dangerous place… Seriously.

xD It's...not a great story, but, it entertained me for a while.

HAHAHA! That was so funny, brightened up my day. I ended up drowing in crap early on in the game; I'm really not good at these things lol xDDD

A decent story with well thought out writing, but it did seem as if every other link led to some sort of death. At least there was a bit of variety in what these deaths were, however.

It's as good as Postie Rips It Up. I liked the bitch-slapping part by your father. I slept in, but I played a bit further on and couldn't get past the many death links. Very well written, nonetheless.
