I won without having to fight the monster!

The only redeeming quality about this game is the laugh it gave me when Charles Dickens (in my pocket) conveniently had two double A batteries.

This was difficult to beat

This was a neat little puzzle game. It wasn't overly difficult and it was certainly engaging enough to hold my attention. There's not much fault that I can find with this game, but perhaps there could've been more story involved?

Even so, this was still pretty fun.

If it wasn't so buggy it would be an okay little game/story. Maybe a little more plot too. I give it a solid Meh!

LMAO I was trapped by the monster so I used to map to get out. Anyways, I liked the part when the caretaker pissed his pants :3 Good work.

Like the idea of the guy walking around with Charles Dickens and a Caretaker in his pocket. Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to fight the monster for the life of me, so I cheated and used the map to get away. If anyone knows how to beat the monster, please let me know, 'cos I wanna win the game properly :p

I liked the randomness of it all, good game! I enjoyed it, but this game seemed to be missing something...a bit more plot would've been nice. The Power Points were not at all explained, and some puzzles weren't exactly intuitively obvious.

that took forever. a lot of the items didn't have images, and there was barely any logic implimented in it. 4/8

I apologize for the randomness, but this is propertysign's game... he just wouldn't make an account and I loved the concept. I saw a bug on the crack page with the apple... you could tell that there was a variable change. I don't know how that happened. For those of you that need help, look in the parlor room section of the forums.

Not bad, actually. A good solid puzzler, though a bit random at times.

It's kind of a tricky game, but too many of the puzzles are the "let's just use every item in our inventory and eventually one will work" variety.

some complexity to this one without it being extremely annoying. good job. a deeper story would be better though. worry about story next time, and less about items and stuff.

Muwahhaha I cheated. I got to the monster, used the map to escape and used the barrier to get out. Buggyyyy ;)

A fantastic read. Expander has a power to confuse you so you think the most sensible clues are wrong. It is a very funny story that can be enjoyed by anyone. On a scale of 1 to 10, we rate this story a 7. On a scale of 1-8, we give this a 6.
