Basically, History Bowl is a jeopardy like Quiz Competition which asks players questions from all aspects of history. While the question is being read, players buzz with their answer and are awarded points for correct answers.

Thus, most people don't know how Mithridates VI of Pontus attempted to kill himself by drinking poison [but failed], how The Battle of Grunwald was a major defeat for the Teutonic Knights, or that King Tut was manipulated by the High Priest Ay, and the general Horemheb.

To be honest, my favorite strategy game on the computer is probably Civilization IV.
My favorite strategy board game is probably Stratego.
