Sup.

My name is RandomWriter, and I am a proud member of MSPA Forums, MSPARP, and numerous other sites. [So basically I'm fandom trash, and will always be fandom trash.]

I discovered this site way back when I was in middle school, and got hooked immediately upon it.

That's pretty much you really need to know about me, other than I'm a dude.

Stuff I might eventually write on here: Maybe some happy go lucky grimdarkness, adventures, etc.

[also to the left is one of my shoddy self inserts ORIGINAL OC DONUT STEEL.]

just kidding go ahead.

Space. It's a frontier filled with fun, frolicking, occupational hazards, an improbably high chance of death, unstable artificial intelligence, unstable organic intelligence, and other fun things.

You and your class are among the lucky few to be allowed to visit Research Outpost Furorem, a 'state of the art facility', with tons of cool, top secret research!

Sure, it's the first time you'll be without any adults other than the teacher chaperoning, and sure, the facility's in the middle of deep space, far from your home, but everything'll be fine!

Won't it?

Don't forget Wings.io!

That one's one of my favorites, for me.

Haven't tried diep.io

Siblings, mostly on 5/20/2016 9:36:40 AM

I've got one older bro, who's not entirely stable and firmly believes in might makes right, when it comes to a disagreement, and one younger bro, who's the absolute opposite of him.

This usually results in me having to be a passive mediator after calming both down with physical violence.

Or at least, that's what used to happen until my younger bro decided he wanted to take martial arts.

Now I simply watch him own our older brother when he tries something stupid, and shrug my shoulders apathetically.

Same on this end. There's an entire club/stream I go to to watch em!

Other than that, notoriously bad fanfiction, notoriously bad ocs, and anything I can snark at.

And if I can fit it, I can ship it.

That's the ones I feel semicomfy with sharing.

Thank you, Admins on 5/19/2016 12:54:15 PM

*I cart in a shopping cart filled with gold bars.*

Here you go, don't ask where I got them.

*In the background, police sirens blare*

In all seriousness though, indeed. I know I'm an absolute newbie to the site, or at least, one of the newest, maybe, but from what I've been told of the WC fandom horrors, the trolls, and heck, just maintaining a site in general, would be much more than I, or most people I know could handle.

Thanks, admins!

now gimme da cookies i broke into fort knox to buy these

Where will you be in 10 years? on 5/19/2016 9:29:44 AM

Should be just as cool as it already is!

Good luck with that!

reminds me i should probably try to make a story game

Greek Mythos on 5/19/2016 8:42:57 AM

Greek Mythology- *nerds out*

1. The Trojan War.

2. Kronos for the titans, Hades for the gods.

3. Perseus

4. The Hydra.

5. I'd fight Typhon, namely for the glory I'd get from pummeling the guy who pummeled Zeus.

Where will you be in 10 years? on 5/18/2016 10:03:47 AM

Ditto on the mansion thing.

I shall corporate climb, and/or be a supervillain.

Realistically: I'll get my comic done, make a smol amount of fame off of it, and maybe get hired by one of the game designing teams I've sent my application to. Or, if my dreams crash and burn, I can get a degree in telecommunications, or end up in a military branch.

Weird Hatred on 5/13/2016 11:59:13 AM

Amen to that, Briar!

It's worse for me when it's Customer Service. There's always some whiny kid, or some confused patron, or some guy who thinks he needs to flaunt his superiority to me, the obviously inferior guy behind the desk, to impress others. And of course, every customer thinks they're top priority, and will try to shove into the next place in line.

And then you have to help them, fake a smile, and remember, the customer is always right, and you must do anything they beg of you, oh lowly employee who wants to throw stuff at the condescending management no offense to them but they tick me off just by standing near me.

Captain America: Civil War on 5/9/2016 9:24:46 AM

To be honest, the movie had several comedic moments.

I loved Civil War, but I'm partially biased towards Marvel, due to their excellent quality.

The movie did have some realistic points, though.

Much better than Wonder Woman: Featuring Ben Afflec and Superman fighting for a small bit.

What Makes A Good Villain? on 5/9/2016 9:14:58 AM

Indeed.

Faux Affably Evil Villains are rather charismatic.

Personally, I love a villain who does something competent/thinks like an actual person would when planning, or is whimsical and polite, but immediately switches to terrifying in the middle of the conversation, or the encounter. Or they're just utterly hammy.

Take the main Villain from Undertale. He acts polite and friendly, but if you've played Undertale, you know he's anything but that.

Or, take villains like Yellow Diamond, Invader Zim, Peridot [For part of the series, anyway.], the new version of Lex Luthor, and so forth.

Backstory's fine, but unless it manages to be utterly depressing or heartwrenching, it's not really that much substance, unless it's added onto the character.
