Here is just a quick thing, I've thought up.  No need to get upset.

Here are some Point Tiers.

0-50 Points: Newbie.
51-100 Points: Novice.
101-200 Points: Rookie
201-400 Points: Junior
401-600 Points: Amateur
601-850 Points: Proffesional
851-1000 Points: Star
1001-1350 Points: Superstar
1351-1600 Points: Veteran
1601-2000 Points: Hall-Of-Famer
2001+ Points: Admin or other such phenomenon.

Too Add to that And yes there are exceptions

Newbie, Novice and Rookie are what I'd like to call New - to - Fairly new users.
Junior and Amateur are what I'd like to call people who don't have the time to be here for very long but try anyway.
Proffesional and Stars are people who are rising to the occasion and trying to become top Tiers.
Superstar and Veterans are From the beggining of the top tier, to the middle of the Top Tier.
Hall of Famer - Tops teh top Tier
Admin/other Phenomenon - makes teh top tier, look like complete nonsense.  Especially March.

So to draw up another chart:  The things above the line are what the line is refering to.

Rookie

---------------The people who are desperately trying to achieve Top Tier and may be almost there.
Superstar
Veteran
---------------Beggining-To-Middle of the top Tier

---------------Maeks teh top Tier look like Childs nonsense - Especially March.

I'm a star!  Only a few people are with me.

14 or below - I am an evil person
15 to 50 - I just got here.
51-100 - I'm starting to get the hang of this.
101-200 - Starting to become good.
201-400 - I'm doing better than most people
401-600 - I'm passing the site maker
601-850 - Hey, a newbie.  I'll help him
851-1000 - Better than a duracel battery
1001-1350 - Has anyone got here?
1351+ - Best of the Best.  I'm The Champ!

At each level something new could come.  For example, mabey a newbie can't use the adv. editor until he's a novice and then after novice you gain PMs.  They still can't use varibles so at rookie they can.  It could do something like that.  Possibly make a restriction on keys aloud per post until you are a junior.

1. I'm the champ, bow down. (Except March, Alex and Chocobot who I faithfully serve)

2. Dont restrict things we have, add more and restrict those.  What you havn't had, you can't miss.

3. Most of those slogans are cheezy!
