I don't know if honesty's really so much of a superpower, considering that now his neighbors know his plans, and can better defend themselves when the time comes. If it came down to it, would he cannibalize his own daughters too, or let them cannibalize him?
Edit: Googled Alex Jones. When I first saw this, I thought he was joking, but based on what I've read, now I'm not so sure.
