After the End

My first story. A zombie apocalypse. Criticism of the constructive sort is greatly appreciated. :) Please tell me what you think!

2 weeks after the end of the world you find yourself out of food. You've been holed up in your apartment by yourself- it's time to go out and face it.

If your ending doesn't say 'Hooray!' then you should try again.

There's also the C-Virus for RE6 coming out soon.

As my first story I was really just trying to feel out the technique and writing style. If I decide to seriously commit to this exact story then I'll absolutely lengthen it and try to expand but right now length wasn't really on my mind. Personally I think the zombie apocalypse idea is worn out and overused but it's a familiar topic and easy for me to invent.

Thanks for your thoughts!

After the End on 9/10/2012 12:56:43 AM

Hi there! I've just released a new story called After the End. I'm not sure if this forum is the appropriate place but I'd like to have a more accessible way to discuss any improvements I could make in my techniques or things of the sort.

After the End is basically an average zombie apocalypse story. It's a favorite genre of mine so I thought it would be a good place to start for my first story. It's not extremely developed but I actually have a sequel planned that goes more in depth- if it goes over well. I'd be very appreciative if you could try it out and let me know how I can improve.

Thanks!

conspiracy your thoughts on 9/7/2012 9:22:05 PM

I think in general a lot of conspiracies are way off base, which takes away any chance a conspiracy which may actually be close to the truth to be believed. Kind of a boy who cried wolf situation. So I take them with a grain of salt.

Conspiracy theory, Microsoft uses the red ring of death to get more sales.

Runescape on 9/7/2012 2:34:44 PM

I used to play all the time, but recently it just seems like a bunch of 12yr olds are on there talking about smoking pot and joining the army. FUN. I'd love it if I could just be in a server by myself. I guess that's not the point of an MMORPG huh? Plus it seems like to do ANYTHING you have to pay. They nickel and dime you over any and everything.

Hey you wanna make something cool? We'll let you run around and collect everything for it and get it halfway done but to finish it you'll have to be a member. Kthanks.

Pisses me off.
