My biggest accomplishment in life is getting past Tower of Riddles.  I would have gotten through it faster, but the ghost picture forced me to hide under my bed for half an hour.

The year 2019. The Arctic Ocean, just 1500 kilometres north of Nuuk, Greenland. An oil rig has been built there by the United States without the consent of any other country. And it's still there because no one else knows about it. They began digging into the seabed, looking for petroleum and other things to fuel their electricity problem. Coal was running out, and other resources had to be looked towards. A large underground cave was found, housing creatures never before seen by the world.

They were ugly looking beasts, none of them taller than a short man. They weren't viewed as a threat at all. Instead, to boost the morale of the country, they released them into the wild in different locations, such as the desert and the mountains. They were hunted for sport only.

A few were trapped in cages and forced to fight each other, Colosseum-style. Decades later, hunters were having trouble. They were growing bigger and bigger, and some have even surpassed the size of trucks. People started dying to the beasts, and the army started killing them in masses. But eventually, they couldn't spend any more time and effort on it, since Greenland had found out about their secret oil rig in their borders, and tension rose. Everybody was preparing for war.

And then, just as possibly the bloodiest conflict in history was about to start, an African-American photographer by the name of Ethan Adebowale ventured off into a forest to slay one of the creatures, to prove that the rumors going around that they were invincible weren't true, and to bring back one of their hides. When he didn't return when expected, the family went searching, and found just a damaged book:

I have spotted one of the creatures. It was on all fours, and it had a hunched back. If it was standing up, it would be as tall as me. Just as I had said: the rumors are false. It's completely pitch black, and has a short, stubby snout. I will shoot it and bring back the hide. Perhaps the hunters will regain hope, and start ridding the country of these foul creatures.

On the next page, it says this

I have killed the poor animal. It turns it out was just a black bear. My only hope was that it felt no pain. May God have mercy on my soul. I have begun the hunt again, looking properly this time. I will find one, even if it takes me months. This forest is small, and I've already covered half of it. If there's one hiding, and I'm certain there is, I will find it.
(This part is smudged)

I have laid down my tent for today. I haven't spotted any, but I have made some good distance. But I do (There seems to be a bite mark on the corner of the page)

I saw one, last night! I am sure of it! While I was writing in this very book, I saw something move half a mile away. It had a humanoid figure, except much taller than me, even though it was hunched over so much its arms almost touched the ground when walking as upright as it could. But when walking normally, it used all fours limbs, moving them in unison as a spider would. I could not see any other things other tha (The rest of this page is non-existent, and the edges near this text are singed and blackened)

We have made a grave error while ignoring these things. They have not been destroyed by mother nature. In fact, they thrived on mother nature and (This part is illegible) hough we won't be able to do that without banding together. This is not a time for war, this is a time for peace so we can continue living as a race. I can't write anymore, for I've finished packing up everything and I'm starting to head out. I will not risk my life because I have valuable information that when shared with someone else, I am certain they will take action. (All that is here are some rough sketches that can't be made sense of)
Here are some drawings I've made of what happened. It's very foggy in my memory, and I've drawn it in a hurry, but hopefully you can make out what it looks like. The creature (This part is also unfortunately smudged)

This will be my last entry. I sincerely hope God has not forsaken us all in this, our neediest time. We can only hope praying will bring Him back in our favor.

The Government has asked anyone to step forward and venture into the forest while they are occupied with the upcoming war. They have offered to arm anyone with sufficient food and weapons, if they are brave enough.
