Make "No Links. You may go back," message clear

I've been given some script to hide several things that annoyed me, like the "Inventory" table, but is there a way to turn the "No Links. You may go back, try to use one of your items, or reset to start over" message invisible? Obviously this would include me manually putting in my own "use an item" message, but it would be nice to turn this text invisible. I don't know what number child it is, though (I'm assuming one of the nth child's correspond to it, since that is part of my Inventory script).

Those are called dead end pages and really shouldn't be there in the first place.

But if you require using an item there why do you need a link? EDIT- Would using a variable controlled link remove that? (obviously hiding the link)
