when i add a link to a chapter different from the one the current page is in, it has DESTINATION: Chapter: name

but it doesnt go to the first page of that chapter. Why?

It will take you to the "start page" which is not necessarily the first page. Take a look at the Chapter screen and select the "Chapter Start Page" and hit save changes.

now, if you ar doing this and it is not working as expectedd, please let me know the name of the game and i will then be able to figure it out.

I found another thing wrong (dont mean to sound negative), adding a link to the previous page does not work.

Wouldn't it be easier if you make it so that when you go to another chapter it says:

Chapter:                                                                   Page:                                                  Other:

Each one is a pull down list.
