Advanced Editor: JavaScript errors on Page Editor

1) Click Add Link to New Page
2) Wait for new page window to load
3) Go back to page and click Add Link to New Page again

This is for me. I ran across a number of issues in the ADV Editor, and I use this forum to track bugs & problems that i will fix later.
