I'm for this. While it's a fairly minor inconvenience to just change the url manually to skip through old forum pages, it doesn't seem like it would be too complex to implement.
This and edit post are the only ones I care about. Edit is already implemented, and I think this should be too.
The rest I don't have any real opinion on.
I'm against having signatures (that's just my personal preference). If there was an option to not see signatures I'd be happy for this to go through, though.
I like everything except signatures which I think on a forum like this would be extremely out of place.
