Suggestions for improvements and additions to the site.

This feature was rejected 1/28/2017: Yearly scripts don't exist on the site and creating them is more work than it's worth. If we want to do something like this we can do it manually, but I think people will be well rewarded for their commendations already.

Most commended of the year gets half their commendation total for that year in points as a reward.

Say by the turn of the year you are the most commended with 500 commendations - you get 250 points for being most commended of the year.

Or something boring like most commended of the year gets 50 points flat.

Meh. I think commendations sorta have hit their point maximum. You get 3 points for them plus if you get the most that day you get ten points. I think this is pushing it.

I didn't know people got points for regular commendations at all; just most for the day points. I thought they were seperate because they're listed seperate.
