Either make it visible to all, or simply greying out the ban/unban button for admins as appropriate. When some autist really gets going with more than one admin online, time can be wasted on unnecessary double taps, and with the extensiveness of the site's history I'm sure at some point it would be useful to know whether an older account has been axed.
