This feature was rejected 7/18/2006: See "Notifications" in Accepted. Notifications are more suited for this from a usability and programming standpoint.

Private Messages; a delivery system.

If you get a trophy, get afeatured game, earn some points, get a feature accepted, or w/e have it sent by cysid by private message.
