It would be sweet if you made pages you can link to throughout the whole story. I know you can do this with variables sort of like a journal (see the article about journals), but I noticed in A Jung Hero's Adventure that there was a glossary page you could link to in certain places of the game and you could go back to your current page after seeing it. I don't know whether you can do this with the 'previous page' link, but if you can do that, can you make it so you can have a whole chapter as an instruction page, and then you can click and go back to the page you got there from?
