On the sidebar that says "Points", "Posts", User Since", there could be a stat that says, "Stories Rated".

That would just clog up the little sidebar thing. Why do we want to see how many stories people have rated anyways?

Still, PM's sent won't be that good either, because most of the time it has nothing to do with the site. Most of the PM's I send have nothing to do with the site, just casual conversation, so it wouldn't really show how active you were on the site. Some people, like tsmpaul, haven't even got messages turned on. I know that was just an example, but still, that's worse than games rated.

I don't think we need anything more up there. Maybe last time online, but that's only if it is really wanted.

PM is good too. What does posting have to do with the site eh? Its still up there.

Feature Wishing Well, Bugs and Problems, The Parlor Room, Writing Workshop, Advanced Editor, Newbie Central all have something to do with the site. Apart from Alex there isn't any current way of moderating PM's to see if they were about the site or not, and if there was it wouldn't really be a Private Message, would it?

I just don't think it should bring any bragging rights. And we don't really need to see how many PM's somebody has sent. Forum posts indicate contribution. I get your point of view about the PM's, but we really don't need it, and it doesn't show your contribution to the site. If it did people like primates could start flooding everybody's inbox with junk mail (remember the Sethaniel incident), and getting his PM's up, and there'd be no right way of proving it wrong.

Hey, October - I do have PM's turned on. I talk with people all the time using PM's. The only thing I don't have turned on is Duelling with RPS.

Oh.. must have been getting you mixed up with somebody else, but I recall somebody not having PM's or duelling on. If you really want it that much, then I suppose it could be an optional feature. Some people might not want it to clog up their profile, and others want people to see how social they are.
