Here's what I want: I want admins who have an important forum post to have the ability to KEEP the post at the top of the forum list for a designated amount of time - or simply until they decide to turn the feature off. It'll be good so that important posts aren't lost 10 posts down when other people post less important messages.

i like it. most every other forum i know has posts by the big dogs that stay at the top because they are either bulletins or posts from important people. this is needed. in my small unimportant opinion lol

Plus what if more than one person was "bumping" at the same time. It would be catastrophic.

haha thats great. i agree though. the big wigs shouldnt have to "bump". they should just be able to post something and have them stick.

haha. true, there seem to be "groups" of people that get together and say that word consistantly. usually on sundays and around the time people eat... of course, thats just a myth lol
people post in that forum even though they arent supposed to. its very open really lol it used to be sacred but not anymore. i still want this idea.
I agree- the site needs sticky posts
If someone replied to a news and uptates post that wasn't important anymore that would bomp it up in fron of the important one...that's why we need this.
