This suggestion would rock (let me just say that before hand).
I think that anytime anyone wants to rate a game lower then its average, they should be forced to comment. Period.
Yeah, but if they're a random guest, they'll just say something stupid most likely.
And, for example, say I wanna rate Game X as a 5, when its average is 6. What's to stop me from lying and saying I gave it a 6?
then the mods need to see the ratings and comments and moderate...
Well I agree, its jsut that if your going to give it a high rating, then it should be your own choice, whether or not you want to give a comment.
