On a user home page. It can display the last 5 story comments and by clicking all, one can see all the comments a user has left in his time here. I think it would be a nice summary for oneself or others to browse comments. One could also tell the types of comments a particular user tends to leave with such links.

That sounds like a good idea. Maybe it could also display the average rating that a person leaves as well? 

Neat idea. Definitely fits in for re-doing the members page. Seems this is almost more important/relevant than recent forum posts

I'd love that. It would also be great for moderation since certain users tend to leave horrible comments everywhere.

This sounds great and would help weed out bad comments and spam.
