with the site, like one person has the job of Checking every Forum Block, like one person Who is a veteran to the site will Help the newbies.then another Person will be in charge of what's going on with the games, or have a set of 2-4 people,do something on the site. How's that?

no.  what if someone just decides 2 quit, then it screws everything up. 

Well, people already can do that if they want.  They just have to announce it somehow.

Of course, certain things are picked by the Admins such as moderators.
