Can there be a tag that says "Multiple Perspectives"? This tag would inform the reader that the story switches viewpoints occasionally.

I'm not sure it's really needed unless it's something readers might be specifically looking for in a game, or else something enough people would prefer to avoid.

There'd also need to be a decent amount of existing games that could use it first which I'm not sure of in this case.
