Is there any reason that the plebs, other than because they're plebs, shouldn't be able to see when a profile is banned? It might be nice (and give plebs that smug feeling that mods get) to view a profile and see that the profile is banned so they don't message them.
Or also, even remove the "send message" option on the profile of someone who is banned. And for a bonus, you could just remove that option and let people wander around wondering why they can't send a message to someone...
