How do you upload pictures?

Under MY STUFF is a pictures section. You click to upload a new image, then browse your computer's hard drive to find the image. I think it must be a maximum of 500 x 500 pixels, and there's also a file size limit, but I'm not sure what the limit is.

what i have to do is use IE, click on save. then upload it from my computer

i just copy and paste the image! Its quicker

It slows things down though.
