Just as a quick note-- for the last rule you have "If you think you've been cheated," and then the line just ends there.
It looks like what you have now is more like a communal storytelling than a true rpg. Basically, people can do whatever they want as long as they're nice to the other players. There doesn't seem to be a way to decide, for example, who wins in a fight-- unless the players agree that one of them lost, or if you yourself as admin say who was the winner.
