I am thinking about creating a dating sim style storygame on this site. Something like those games from japan. It will totally be PG-13. The object of the game is to socialize with girls in high school. It would be cool to make a game like that on this site. One good thing about this is that you can play it in your browser. Just like other games on the site. So what do you think.

As for your story, I'd agree with JJJ here, and though there probably aren't many/any of those on this site, it's been done.  Overdone, in my opinion.  In any case, good luck with whatever you end up writing.

Anyway, go for it son. If you want to make an actually good dating sim, moar power to you. You don't have to use the advanced editor, but definitely make the story deep and split multiple ways. And everyone loves Japanese Hentai Sims, so---

What? No Hentai? What do you...?

One thing to keep in mind if you want to make this story actually GOOD, Tyler: VARIETY. Don't just have a couple "incorrect" parts of dialogue and one "correct" part of dialogue. That's called linear, and it takes the fun out of CYOA's. Have the characters react differently to different responses in noticable ways. Also, don't keep things predictable. Have seemingly random events that change dialogue or your relationship to the girl(s).
